You agree that these terms and your use of Find Fat Fish services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to its principles or rules of conflict of laws to the extent such principles or rules would require or permit the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.  You and Find Fat Fish agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within New York County, New York, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Find Fat Fish reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time.   If the change is material, we will let you know by email or posting a notice on the site before the changes go into effect.  The notice will designate a reasonable amount of time (the “Notice Period”) after with the new terms will go into effect for all users.  If you don’t agree to the new terms, you must cease using the website.  Following the Notice Period, the website and services will be subject to the new terms going forward. 

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.  Any heading, caption or section title contained in the terms is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof.  Find Fat Fish reserves the right to require you to sign a non-electronic version of the terms.
